The Operator
Banking, then blockchain.
Five years in banking, four at blockchain startups. Sales strategy and partnership roles throughout. I started at the largest scale and worked smaller every time. The institution showed me how money actually moves. The hypergrowth crypto startup showed me what speed costs. A smaller, earlier-stage one showed me what changes when one decision is yours. The closer I got to the work, the more it was mine. Going solo was the only step left.
The Founder
A year of invisible work first.
What looked like a viral moment was a year of invisible work. I designed the mangalsutra I couldn’t find. The first video told me the market was waiting. I spent a year sourcing, sampling, learning jewelry while still in corporate. A cash crunch pushed me to post the sample. Half a million views overnight. Eight days later, Modern Mangal went live. Seven figures now, fully owned, with a small team and a deeply considered product line.
The Builder
Built for the deadline. Kept for everything after.
Pregnancy gave me a deadline. I built a system for it. Sixteen Claude-powered agents now run my company, my brand, and most of my life. Three chiefs of staff and thirteen sub-agents, all zero-code, all built solo. What started as maternity-leave coverage became the operating layer for everything I do. shreyAI is the brand around all of it: the system, the resources to replicate it, and the running documentation, all free.
The Practitioner
The layer underneath the layer.
Spirituality is the part I almost left off the page. But the longer I’ve been operating, the clearer it is that it’s the layer underneath the layer. What decides how I show up to the work, the brand, the marriage, the pregnancy. What shapes every letter on this site and every system underneath it. Not a routine. Not a brand. A way of life that’s been there longer than any of the rest. It will be there longer too.
