The Practice
What I practice.
Yoga, sound, breath, meditation, the prompts that keep me honest. The introspection work and the daily ritual. Not the productivity version of wellness. The slow, quiet, lifelong version.
The Practice
Where it lives.
Three modes. Movement, stillness, introspection. Each evolves over time.
The Mat
Movement, breath, body.
Yoga, breathwork, the daily physical practice. Sequences I return to, teachers I learn from, the props that earn their place.

The Sound
Stillness, frequency, spirit.
Sound healing, meditation, the bowls and frequencies I use. What sits next to me when I'm trying to actually be still.

The Inner Work
Introspection, prompts, growth.
The questions I actually ask myself. Journaling prompts, growth tracking, the work of becoming more honest with yourself over time.
